NMRA Hall of Fame

The Best of the Best of Our Sport

Each year, the NMRA conducts a Hall of Fame Election. Leonard Sonnenberg, past Member and Officer of the NMRA Board of Directors currently reviews the competitive record of every member of the NMRA and put those who meet the requirements on a series of election ballots that are sent to a group of members of the NMRA who have been selected by Leonard to vote on the qualified candidates’. If someone is selected, they are honored at the July NMRA International Championship Tournament Banquet and Inducted into the NMRA Hall of Fame.

NMRA International Hall of Fame

The purpose of the National Masters Racquetball Association (NMRA) International Hall of Fame is to honor those past or present members of the NMRA who have made significant contributions either as a highly skilled and accomplished competitor with an outstanding playing record of medal wins and true sportsmanship /or/ as a dedicated and skilled volunteer leadership person who has given of their time and talents to the growth of quality programs and activities of the NMRA. There are two Hall of Fame Categories: Player Competitor Performance and Outstanding Volunteer Leadership Services Leader. Nomination and selection to the Hall of Fame is based on years of consistent and significant achievement, highlighted by outstanding personal sportsmanship of the highest quality.
